Respected madam i m also a PG student here in LUH.
This is a very useful article but i,ve an objection that here u only emphasized on prevention but not how we people can be helpful.and u did,nt mention different modality of treatment that is MgSO4 (MORE HELPFUL WITH DECREASE PERINATAL AND MATERNAL MORTALITY AND MORBITY)

I totally agree with Dr Khan about MgSO4. Traeting pre eclampsia or eclampsia without it is a sin. Having said that the problem of non availibility of magnesium is still a major issue. And checking Mg levels every two hourly would be another problem. But i hope some day we will start using it
